Since you all said you wanted an IC board for it i made one. So far undecided if im doing Ragnarok myself but it might be an idea for someone to copy the rules and background here for a basis.

BACKGROUNDS AND OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS YOU MAY NEED

l.a. has been split into four sections;

north west ruled by Mama Su lu yung and has a mainly japanese population the section hold the most money which is fronted by the black serpent casinoes which is guarded by her ever faithfull yakuzas

north east is governed by the baron a rich englishman who has the police on his side he owns strip clubs up and down the l.a. coast his main money front is a law firm if you get in trouble with the baron e sent his own lawyers to your house with crowbars and base ball bats

south east this is franky pincinetti's hood and this section of l.a. is almost entirely run by the pincinetti family and if your not in the family and your not a close friend then try to stay out of trouble in this side of town his money comes from loan sharking social clubs pubs and debt collecting

the south west side is no ones teritory and is constantly fought over a few local gangs inhabit the place but other than a few supplie shops and warehouses its only territory that is fought over in this neighberhood

Lady Lilly,
her father is a close and dear friend of the barron, Grownig up around mobstrers and genrally hard cases, she has be desensitized to violence. Heiress to he fatherrs fortune. What she wants she gets. Notoriusly hard to get to she is never seen without her peosonal bodygaurd Myers, She never has need to get her hands bloody. Myers has been in service for as long as anyone can remember.
Recently she has started her her own hitman business, using her fathers friends and associated and her money. If you need someone killing she is the person to go to, and for the right price, you can concider it done.
There isnt a dirty deed in the north east she doesnt know about, and generally there isnt a dirty deed that she is not involved in.

Myers is a trained bodyguard and though his years of service as seen and done many things, most of which are less than pleasant. After a few years working within the company he was give the task of protecting Lady Lily. A job he takes most seriously. In times past Myers has worked as a mercenary, an assassin and a general thug. Far from adverse to causing people actual bodily harm or torture,
he takes pride in doing his job, no matter how dirty and attempts to do it effective. His one vice seems to a fascination with explosives. Totally loyal and devoted to his charge, Myers is never seen far from her these days.

frankee junior, franky pincinetti's nephew he has connections everywhere he left the family business to start his own pub, he is known for spending alot of his time in many of the barons clubs but is a close friend of mama su as he once saved her daughter from being made to work at one of the barons clubs. his main income comes from smuggling anything and everything from weapons to drugs and on the odd occasion illegal immigrants. he always can be found at his pub during the days and on the streets at night, he has his own place and keeps strong family ties with his uncle. if you want anything for a good price come to frankee's place.

(OOC Thank you! Umm i guess i better start the ball rolling seeing as i may have started this one off! )

Lady Lilly walks in, Myers closly behind her, she takes a glance around and heads to the bar, orders a drink and goes to sit down. She places her drink on the table and removes her coat. Myers obeadiently picks it up and puts it on a hook, then comes over and pulls out a chair for Lilly. "a little quiet tonight!" She motiones for Myers to sit, and he does so, continually scrying the area for danger. Lilly takes a defiate drink, "anyway as we were discussing, The acciedent and who could of done it..." Lilly start giving motives and suspects while Myers nods intentively adding his own information when he sees the need to.

franky shoots a stern look at myers whille cleaning a glass from behind his counter

"whats that ment to mean?" Lilly looks over at frankee, A disaprooving look apears on her face as she glances. " I am perfectly aware i have a certain reputation but it shouldnt stop people being in the same area as me, im not an oger. " Lilly fleetingly glances at Myers, Whos normal stern face, has dropped into a frown. Lilly smiles "Behave Myers, we are here as custom only!" Her gaze turns back to Frankee. " A bottle of something special, two glasses and maybe your company, that is if the hoards of custaomers you seem to have wont mind you leaving the bar!" Lillys eyes glance around the empty bar. Myers beckons to a chair.

Myers silent draws a chair out for Lady Lilly, scanning the area and seeming to note potential entrances and possible exists before seating himself close by her side and uncorking the bottle. One of his eye brows arching slightly as he looks expectantly at Frankee, yet still remaining perfectly silent.

Lilly Sits down and grabs a glass while Myers pours her a drink, Then his self. Lilly waits paciently while Myers starts to check the drink, as has been the case for a while. The fact is now there has been so many attempts on her life,its become almost as normal custom for her as shaking hands. As Myers tastes the drink a concerned look spreads across Lillys face, it allways does at this part. "everything fine?" she looks tentivly at Myers who nods. Lilly smiles and takes a drink herself.

as you know i have general concerns when someone of your stature walks into my bar, the drinks i serve are perfectly fine i asure you, i do have reputation with the locals to be kept, but on to business let me get chair, (franky urges his regulars over to the billards table in the corner), so lady lily how can i be of service tonight.

he smiles becoming aware that myers isnt sitting close enough to him to put him in emdiate danger  of course he wont start trouble with the lady around will he?

Lilly smiles, "my dearest frankee, buisness is all relitive. im here to see if you know of any goings on aroud this part. I need to know,a lady of my stature is in need to know!" She smiles sweetly at the bumbling of her words and takes another sip of her drink. "so tell all" She beems intentivly and waits for frankee to start talking. Myers too glares over staring at frankee.

*remains silent, eyeing Franky intently before resuming looking around the bar for possible threats to his charge, after a brief period he looks once more at Franky*

As you are surely aware information is always useful and as you have a reputation for being in the "know" it would be much appreciated if you would enlighten Lady Lilly.

*finishes speaking and returns to scanning the room for protential threats*

its just the usual at the moment drug running at the habour and as you know i keep my hands out of that stuff

but if your wonderfull father fancies a brand new lamborgini for his birthday i am sure i can accomodate you, no questions as usual
 
there will also be a weapons deal going down soon but as it hasnt been set up yet i cannot give you the details but if it is your wish i can keep you posted

erm lets see what else is happening around abouts, oh yes the police were recently tipped off about mama su's laundry house running a slave trade in the back and her lawyers are having a hard time keeping them from searching the place. mama su blames one of your fathers goons of course, so keep an eye out ok, i dont know who tipped the police off but i can assure they wont be hanging around waiting to be found.

"wepons, really? hmm definatly keep me posted on that one, it sounds like a most.... intresting venture" lilly takes another swig and remains silent for a second as she contemplates what has been said. "Mama su balmes one fo fathers goons, really? Whatever could of made her thin that" Her sarcastic tones bring a smile to Myers face. Lilly takes another definat swig on her drink "your concern for me is most refreshing frakee, although let me assure you mama su and whoever else maybe after me wont suceed, so yu have nothing to worry about* Lilly galnces quickly at Myers and smiles a saticfied grin then retuns her gaze towards frankee " I also understand that anything local you will expect me to pay for the privalage, the quesion is how much"
Lillys looks directly at frankee inquisitivly.

well i can get you in on the weapons deal but it might be hard and i have had a lot of trouble from mama su's yakuzas but for you my price will be low because we are firends afterall, 250 no more no less....

lilly grins wildley, "250? I think i can manage that," She Serchers into her bag and takes out a wad of notes and begins counting out the money "two thirty, two fourty, two fifty.."
Placing the notes on the table she hands the rest to Myers who puts it back into her bag, she slides the money over the table and leaves in front of Frankee. "dont think for a moment its allways going to be this easy" she shoves the notes the last part of the way and the notes fly at Frankee.
Myers Grins and takes out two cigarette hands obe to Lilly and takes the other for his self, Lighting Lillys first then his own.
Lilly continues " Happy Frankiee?"
