Then you still have no excuse to not prepare in advance really. Ask someone fairly easy going if they could save you a spot in their car and come the day of the event if you arent going then just phone them and tell them, quite simple really. Im sure you could manage the 50 yards from the gate to the wolf with our without walking help, manage to park yourself in a chair and ask someone to fetch you a beer...

Looking good! I love the little wolf statue by the door as well. How much further have you got to go with this building?

Random thought - applying damage to the walls (burn marks with charcoal, the odd bit chipped away by an axe etc.) wouldn't take too much work, and can easily be done in a non-destructive way. It feels like it deserves something to show its age, given how much history it has.

I suppose that, traditionally speaking, there should be a urinal fitted on a wall somewhere as well. Probably not the image you're aiming for these days, though...  


Not to sound ungrateful, but can you make these pictures a more manageable size (e.g. 800x600) in future? As it is they're about three times the size of my screen, plus smaller files will save you bandwidth and thus money...
