Halloween Horror event
« on: September 07, 2006, 11:49:46 AM »
I am planning a Halloween event - and to give us a break from derarkshire it will be set Modern Day and will be an all night event with a horror theme.
I will be charging £12 a head - there will be some food and drink in character but if you are a glutton, fussy eater or alcoholic it may pay you to bring some of your own stuff as well.

The plot is simple - design a modern day character (there are no rules it will be gamesmaster moderated) and you have met other people via the internet to spend Halloween in the notoriously haunted Jerusalem House and make a film of the event. (A little like Blair witch project - without the witch). There will be a chance to actually film the events during the evening.
We will start at 8.00 p.m and run till around 8.00 the next morning and given the adult nature of the plot it will be strictly over 18's only.
Sadly this event will be restricted to the first twelve people who book and pay in advance.
You may have noticed I have not put a date yet as I will be co-running the event wit Gary Severn and I am waiting on him to confirm. I think it will be the weekend before Halloween but not yet sure.

Already got about 6 seriously interested so let me know soon - you have been warned.

Great pics from a great event! I had a whale of a time, who'd have thought being eaten alive could be such good fun. Well done lads for running another fantasic event. Definatly looking forward to seeing the vids perhaps a mass viewing with beer and popcorn is in order!? If anyone else is interested let me know and i'll sort out a night at my place.

Personally the halloween event was the most fun lrp i have done in a long time so its nice that other people enjoyed it too - if players and staff are having a good time things are really on the right track in my book
