I will be running an all day Derarkshire event on Saturday 19th April.

It will be an event with a difference - low key plot (normal wolf night stuff) may be happening during the day but all the evening stuff will only kick off after 6.00 p.m.

We will be time in from lunchtime 12.00 ish, but nothing major will happen and players will not miss anything from the main plot during the day. This time is designed for character building and interaction, plotting and planning between players and may allow a little time for players to leave the field Out Of Character and discuss stuff with a Gamesmaster - and add little details to your character
There is unlikely to be much combat or action in the first few hours so it is up to you when you arrive.
Feel free to turn up at 3 or 4 o clock if you'd rather.

The event will be £5.00 (including insurance), with the pub open as usual, and there will be no difference in price regardless of whether you turn up at lunchtime or tea time.

I'd like to spend some of the afternoon (daylight!) as Claudia DeLisle (cartographer) putting detail onto a local map, especially in the vicinity of the Inn and Bethlan Welby etc. Where characters live, travel to and from, farm, trade, pray, interesting details associated with local places.
Think in character - this is an official map for the King. hmm. But still needs to be usable both IC and for ourselves OC when running plot.

Is there a reason why you shouldnt have a purely IC map for IC stuff - ie it belongs to a character and a totaly seperate map for out of character gm'ing?  They could start out as identical (the oc map being a photocopy or whatever of the lovingly crafted ic original).  Then you could put relevant oc notes with no worries.

Aye lad, words of wisdom there- I've been mulling over this problem too. We need a working map which can be updated easily and is accessible in the Inn. How much OC info needs to be recorded, I'll find out as we go- either on a second map, or as notes. This could prove to be a lengthy process, so expect to see Claudia visiting the Inn regularly.
Mmm...I might make pancakes over the fire...

Providing im not working wendsday ill b there i just dont know whats happening with shadoweye last you herd he went off with drakion and the anoying halfling  towards were the fireball hit many moons ago .

will need some arrows i got the bows but only got 1 or 2 arrows left i think.
