How would players feel about an Erasmus event that involved us meeting up at a restaurant or Hotel for a meal and discussion.
If Carpe Fatum charged just a couple of quid for admin and insurance cover and then what you spent on meal and booze was up to you.
Should be able to run a really nice event with meal for say £15 - £20 or so. - maybe less.

It would work well around members of the house visiting the auction - any real auctions on soon? Are you sure you it would only cost £20 to go to a restaurant in Budapest? ... okay, so it'd have to be somewhere like Cleethorpes (sigh). It'd be a contrast to crawling through thorn hedges and stalking players in the pitch dark.
I love the idea of taking the events into the real world, even if we do need to think carefully how we are interpreted by onlookers. I don't think my Special Ops character from last week would stand up well against a real armed response unit!!!

ITs a really good idea in many ways - its exactly the sort of thing HoE members would do.  BUT they would be very unlikely to "talk shop" in a public place...
